Banquet Tickets

Increased capacity for the banquet

We have worked with Blue Mountain Conference Services to increase the banquet capacity to 430 people. Laura & Karen have been in touch with many racer families to ensure they are aware that additional tickets were available for racers who weren’t able to purchase tickets previously. We do have some families who have not returned the emails and others that we don’t have emails for. If your racer does not have a ticket for the Banquet please email [email protected]. A Membership & Banquet form must be completed and emailed to[email protected] in order to purchase tickets. Membership is also required.

We need to hear from families by Monday, February 19th to purchase tickets for the racers. After this, we will open the ticket purchases to the families who are on the waitlist.

Baseball Hats will be sold this weekend for $20

We will be selling our Jozo Baseball hats at the Family Day party. Please bring cash. Don’t miss out!

Monday Feb 19, Family Day – no Jozo programming – enjoy a ski day with your family.

Big Thanks Parents
Thank-you to all the parents and volunteers who helped with the O-Cup race at Blue on Sunday. The race went-off without a hitch and the feedback from visiting racers and coaches was excellent. Much thanks is due to the parents who helped make it happen.

Volunteer signup for races we are hosting at Blue
It has been brought to ouŕ attention that people who have put their names in to volunteer are getting their names replaced by others. Even worse is that peoples names are being entered into a race to volunteer without their knowledge.
Until we can make changes to how the system works please respect the system we have and please signup with your name only in blank spaces only.
To help make it easier to signup for races we have added a large red button to our website home page "Volunteer Signup Page"
Thank you for your cooperation and participation.
